We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Surveys are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the address provided in the Confirmation of Contract. Should you require another form of delivery or delivery to a different address please inform us of this in writing.
Contact regarding queries and refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving our invoice. As all invoices are produced after works/surveys are carried out it is unlikely there would ever be a refund for cancellation of contract. Any problems with invoice amounts or incorrect information will be dealt with swiftly at no cost to the customer.
